After living in three of their different properties, I can say that Monica & Paris are always professional, quick to take care of any issues and more importantly, are friends of mine. I look forward to many more years of renting with Steve Lee (until these housing prices go down and I can finally buy a home of my own!)

I got nothing but good things to say about Steven Lee Properties (they just merged with Cethron Property Management, and Steven Lee is their new name. I did a lot of searching for a place to live when i got back to san diego. But i ended up going with a place managed by these people. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place is great. There’s a bar across the street. What more could a man want?
