I’ve rented from Steven Lee Properties since 2012 and have had nothing but positive experiences. After living in three of their different properties, I can say that Monica & Paris are always professional, quick to take care of any issues and more importantly, are friends of mine. I look forward to many more years of renting with Steve Lee (until these housing prices go down and I can finally buy a home of my own!)

I got nothing but good things to say about Steven Lee Properties (they just merged with Cethron Property Management, and Steven Lee is their new name. I did a lot of searching for a place to live when i got back to san diego. But i ended up going with a place managed by these people. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place is great. There’s a bar across the street. What more could a man want?

My husband and I have been living in our apartment for one year now and haven’t had one bad experience with management. Monica and Paris are always so nice and friendly.Anytime we have had an issue, Monica is on it right away. We have yet to have a problem getting an issue resolved. We love our apartment and the neighborhood, and the next place we rent will be with Steven Lee Properties. If you’re not renting from them, you should be!
